HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Pickup available in Irene, Gauteng: Free
Arrange Courier guy pickup for own account.
Standard Delivery to Local Areas (Gauteng/Northwest): R105
Standard Delivery to Main Centers: R120
Standard Delivery to Regional Areas: R140

Please take note of the following:

You'll receive your tracking number and estimated time of arrival via email
All orders are sent by courier
Delivery services are door-to-door, or courier guy collection lockers.
For collection customers:

You will be notified when order is ready for collection. Please be advised that your order will not be released by our staff without the notification. Our collection times are between 8:00 and 15:00.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

As soon as an order is confirmed we begin the process of getting your order packed and dispatched. Depending on the time the order is placed with us by a customer, parcels leave either on Monday or a Friday. A confirmation email with a tracking number is then sent to each customer. The tracking number can be used to track the parcel at any time throughout the delivery process.

WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT YOUR ORDER?

The below time frames are our standard delivery times. If you have an urgent order, please contact us to make special arrangements.

Local: 3-4 working days
Main Centres: 3-4 working days
Regional: 5-8 working days (Couriers tend to visit these areas only on particular days of the week)

Please note that actual delivery times may vary slightly and are an estimation only.

No.

DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?

No.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LISTED THE WRONG ADDRESS OR WANT TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change/correct the address. Please contact us at playpack.co.za and quote your order number and supply us with the correct address.

We will unfortunately not be able to change the address once the order has been dispatched and any additional charge to correct the order will be for the customer’s account.

COLLECTING YOUR ORDER?

Please note, if an order is not collected from Play Pack within 14 working days, a handling fee of 15% will be charged.
